BeeScan, developed by 'Beesoft Inc.', is a versatile and user-friendly scanning app available for iPhone. With its range of features, it caters to various document scanning needs. It allows users to effortlessly scan documents, certificates, credit cards, invoices, receipts, tickets, and any other paper documents in high-quality image and PDF formats. Additionally, the app offers OCR functionality to extract text from scanned documents with just a tap.

The app's camera scanner feature provides a simple and efficient user interface with a predominantly black and white design, accented with teal and chrome yellow elements throughout.

Scanning Documents:

  • One-click scanning option available, or choose to scan directly from Photos or the device's camera.
  • Edit scanned documents immediately by adding, rotating, adjusting, reordering, or deleting pages.
  • Enhance scan quality by utilizing the rotate, crop, and adjust filter options.
  • Select from five filter modes (Original, B&W 1, B&W 2, Color, Grayscale), each of which can be adjusted for brightness, contrast, saturation, and sharpness.

Managing Documents:

  • The Recents module on the home page conveniently displays recently added documents for quick access.
  • Create folders and sub-folders to efficiently organize scanned documents.

  • Utilize the search function to find specific documents quickly amidst a large collection.
  • Share folders, documents, and pages via email, Dropbox, Google Drive, Evernote, or directly through Wi-Fi.
  • Save scans as JPEG files to the device's Photos app.
  • Move, copy, or delete folders, documents, and pages as needed.
  • Print scans directly within the app when connected to a compatible printer.
  • Fax scans directly if the Fax Pro app is installed on the device.

Data Security:

BeeScan supports data syncing with iCloud to prevent data loss.
